STEVEN NOVICK
PRESIDENT OF SHERWOOD RESIDENTIAL
Steven Novick joined Sherwood Equities in 1990 as President of the Real Estate Division – Sherwood Residential. He oversees the firm’s new condominium ventures from planning, advertising, marketing, sales and closings. Throughout the years Steven has also successfully represented Buyers, Sellers and Landlords spanning the city and has cultivated an industry wide reputation within Sherwood Equities distinguished developments, including The Coronado on the Upper West Side, 1600 Broadway in Times Square, and Sherwood’s newest addition 500 West 21st Street on the High Line.
The industry knowledge Steven possess in both the resale market and new development arena is gleaned from the rare position of his affiliation with Sherwood Equities, knowing the inside workings from all aspects of the market and industry with direct involvement. Steven is personable, responsive, dedicated and an absolute pleasure to work with.
Previously, he worked for Gilbert, Charles, Beylen as Vice President of Sales and Marketing of new condominiums Steven is a Licensed Real Estate Broker since 1983 and a graduate of the University of Buffalo.
EDWARD AZRIA

Edward Azria has been a NYC resident for over 25 years. He has worked in real estate since the year 1999, gaining valuable experience in various facets of the business from general brokerage and relocation to on-site sales and management, to serving as a managing director of sales and leasing for various real estate firms.
Edward's marketing expertise and sales accomplishments in the new development arena at The Marketing Directors, Rose Associates and Stonehenge have been clearly demonstrated in such high-profile projects as ORO Condominium in Brooklyn, 139 Wooster Street in SoHo, 1600 Broadway on The Square in Times Square, and The Anthem in Murray Hill. He has served a diverse clientele of renters, buyers, sellers, developers and investors over the years, plus has designed offices and model homes for both developers and for clients.
A unique market perspective, vast industry knowledge, an even- keeled personality and creative thinking are among the key qualities that have earned Edward great success in the real estate business. He is very easy to work with, and natural at building a rapport and strong relationships with clients and peers alike.
Edward also heads a consulting company that provides individuals and Condominium & Co-op boards with services to renovate their homes with a keen eye on the marketability of the choices. He can take anyone from start to finish handling all the aspects of the renovation and minding the vision and budget.
Edward graduated from City University of New York, Hunter College with a BS degree in History, plus completed Construction Management courses at New York University, School of Continuing Education. In his spare time he is an avid skier and a pilot who recently started taking flight lessons again.
